    resell,biz Worst support

    Hi
    My 3 tickets are pending since 3 days. I am not sure they are still in business or not. Anybody else have this kind of issue ?

    resell.biz has 9-5 support on business days, ie. no support in weekends/bank holidays. Feel free to send me: ditlev@uk2group.com, any urgent requests though, and I'll try to canalize it down.

    How come any serious business have 9-5 support. industry requirement is 24 X 7

    Few registrars offer 24/7 support - plus you get what you pay for. Resell.biz offers domains at or below cost and is best for clients who don't need hand holding. 9-5/M-F support is great at that price.

    10gbus wanted support and people in resell.biz were not there so his business got stucked...

    as a registrar it should have to be compulsory to have 24 X 7 Support.

    If you want to fly business class, you pay business class prices. If you are happy with getting from a->b at the lowest price possible you buy from a low-cost airline...

    Resell.biz is a 'low-cost airline', our clients know that - and they are happy with the level of support we deliver.

    We might make a $50/year support package some day that incl. access to our 24/7 teams, but for now this it is 9-5.

    Do you really check your emails ? I've sent you email 2 days before.
    Really worst support from resell.biz. I didn't get any reply for 3 days and later today they send the same reply again.

    Would you mind helping me ?

    resell works only m-f so they will count it from today.
