Question cPanel: [an error occurred while processing this directive]

    Hello,

    When I go here:
    https://IP:2087/scripts2/resellerlist

Under "Reseller Modifications" ... Select a Reseller: I choose
any reseller then I click "Edit Privileges/Nameservers".

From the next page when click "Save All Settings" button. I get:

    "Modified reseller username

[an error occurred while processing this directive] [an error occurred while
processing this directive] [an error occurred while processing this directive]
[an error occurred while processing this directive] [an error occurred while
processing this directive] [an error occurred while processing this directive]
[an error occurred while processing this directive]...etc"

    How can I fix that?

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello,

which is the whm/cpanel version you are using. Also have you tried updating the WHM/cpanel config from within the WHM interface.

    Hi,

You should look out for the cPanel logs. They are under /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

It should give you an idea where the problem is. You can paste the logs here so that people will guide you further.

Increase your memory in tweak settings here
The maximum memory a cPanel process can use before it is killed off (in megabytes). Values less than 128 megabytes can not be specified. A value of "0" will disable the memory limits.
