I use printingforless.com for all of our marketing-related printing.
I've ordered business cards, letterhead, and presentation folders from them, as well as working with them on some custom projects. They know the printing business (unlike most of the people you talk to at VistaPrint), and they assign you to a specific design team that can help with anything you're looking for.
They were also nice enough to contact me about a stupid rookie design mistake that they thought could make my cards look ugly/not right, and even fixed it for me for free rather than making me re-send them my design. In short, if your main concern with printing is quality and not price, go with P4L.
I swear I wasn't paid to say this :pJoe Cooter - <jcooter(at)sliqua.com>
