    /var/log/sa/

    Hello ,

i have removed my log files using below command :
    Command : rm -Rf /var/log/*

i`m receiving an email from "Cron Daemon" after removing

Cannot open /var/log/sa/sa03: No such file or directory

what to do ? will the problem solve automatically after 1 day or i have to recreate the folder manually ?

    mkdir /var/log/prelink

any another other directories it's telling you there is an error.

Btw. next time just enter all the subdirectories you want logs removed from next time and then rm *.*

    cd /var/log/prelink
    rm *.*
