Their main website appears to be up. Also, have you tried calling them on the number displayed in their Whois for the website?

I want to correct, at this moment they are not down, but they experience a horrible LAG, 75% ping lost

Yes, there sites seems to be up. Try to ping the server and check the response time.

  7. #7
You should ask for a little refund.

Men's really my 5 servers experience enough "LAG", between 70% to 80%.

I do not have motives for lying or raising false.

A small refund does not serve you are welcome.

The communication with vrtservers is null, they do not answer, the telephone this one in way to leave messages only and these messages are never answered.

That to do in these cases? A new supplier searches?

Did you search here at WHT and google before you order servers with vrtservers?
I heard they are just scammers

That or perhaps they offer an SLA (Server Level Agreement) and the client can obtain some credit or a free month. Each company has their own method of SLA and I just hope the client obtains some level of compensation for all the issues they had to suffer with.
