LOL - multiple OC12 lines... laughed so hard I thought I was going to start crying...
Seriously... you don't need OC12 lines for a few servers... one OC12 line costs over $125,000/month and is a 622 Mbps connection. I think you need to do a little research about networking and connectivity before jumping in talking about something you really have no clue about...

Typically if you get dedicated servers, your provider will handle the connections with the bw providers. Choose a good provider with plenty of available bw.
Here's a bw myth. A large line isn't necessarily better than a small one. For example... Company A has an OC3 (155Mbps) and they have lots of customers. Typically their line runs at 90% capacity. Company B only has a DS3 (45Mbps) but they run at 40% capacity. You will have more room to burst with Company B and therefore Co B would be a better choice.
An OC12 takes a special router to connect to it and if you want multiple you will need high power routers. One server or even 5 servers could probaly not pump out enough bandwidth to justify that size of a pipe.
Again, pick a good provider with good bw vendors that has plenty of available bw for your use.
