Earlier today our network experienced packet loss for about an hour, but other than this there was no downtime.
If you are experiencing issues please submit a ticket here. Our primary domain is not currently resolving, we are investigating this.
My server got back up but 2 days ago it went down and despite all my emails and tickets to contact. No one has done anything to bring me an update as to what is happening to the server and why it has remained down for 2 straight DAYS!
I would advise that anyone who want to host with Starkservers to be vary of their lack of support and updates for their customers.
