VAServ: VERY bad. Refuse PAID service, refuse moneyback, but does bill for next perio

VAserv had the huge problems with LXAdmin / HyperVM. I was unfortunate enough to have a VM with them.

I was even more unfortunate for everything to go down the very same day as i had due date for the next billing cycle.

Ok, no worries, they promise extra 3months or whatever for free, and reinstation upon ticket.

I send in a ticket, i get a answer "all VMs will be reinstated upon request etc." and ticket closed. No login details. Week later i try again, same thing happens. Still no VM.

I request money back as 0 service has been rendered, and they refuse to reinstante (just answer like all will be reinstated upon request, when i request, they tell me to request?). I get BS answer of 0 payments back etc etc.

Then they e-mail me they will not be billing again etc.

But now, the next 3month cycle would be up they sent me a new invoice: No free months, no money back, no service, and refuse to set it up again.

Very big thumbs down. VAServ is 100% fraud right now, you cannot get your service with them at all.

I don't understand why VAServ didn't set up a new VPS for you. I was in the same position as you and lost my VPS when they were hacked, but they set up a new VPS for me within a couple of weeks. It took longer than I'd hoped but I can understand how heavy their workload was at the time.

I wasn't at all happy with their billing system (offered free months as recompense but kept on billing regardless, only withdrawing invoices in response to tickets) but at least I was given a replacement VPS.

I'll be interested to see how they respond to your situation. I wish you luck.

I can't understant it neither. Answer is always the same "We will setup new one upon request" or similar, in every opened ticket.

Seems reasonable to me - I was happy that they had my VPSs back in that timeframe (and I'd suggested to them that they could put me to the back of the queue), but I had contingency plans for that kind of event and the loss of the VPSs were simply an inconvenience resulting in very little downtime for me (an hour or so).
