Try to ping the network from a 3rd party source.

www.iptools.com or if its a website try using http://siteuptime.com .

I'm guessing you might of blocked yourself out with a firewall.

It seems you have a DNS problem : http://www.checkdns.net/quickcheck.a...org&detailed=1 or your server is offline.

You should be good to go. In order to find out why this wasn’t resolved for you earlier, can you provide a ticket number?

    I apologize for any inconvenience.

Just gonna take a shoot and say your server is either down our under a lot of load.

Since a close ip looks to be up, does not look network/router problem:
    http://66.197.244.25/

    (Your server DNS = Down)
Error fetching SOA from ns2.radio-revolt.org [66.197.244.40], request timed out. Probably DNS server is offline.
Error fetching SOA from ns1.radio-revolt.org [66.197.244.39], request timed out. Probably DNS server is offline.
    0 server(s) are alive
No DNS servers alive, tests stopped

(Traceroute/access to your IP = DOWN)
    http://66.197.244.40/

    10 210 ms 203 ms 220 ms ec1-13.agg02.sctn01.hostnoc.net [64.191.108.46]

    11 * * * Request timed out.
    12 * * * Request timed out.
    13 * ^C

If there are no hardware problems I would suggest moving to a bigger server our adding more power to it.

I would suggest contacting support ([email protected]), I dont believe they actively monitor WHT. I don't see anything network related that would cause a problem.

I will let them know to expect you.

It would appear that you are not our direct client, and would need to contact your reseller regarding this specific issue. The issue is non-technical in nature, and not something we can correct for you on our end without reseller involvement. I would advise contacting them directly to resolve the matter, as the downtime is in their hands to remedy. If you are unable to resolve the issue with the reseller, please contact us directly for assistance afterwords.
