Need Help optimize my.cnf and httpd.conf
Below is my server configuration:
Server: HP ProLiant DL180
CPU: 1x Intel Quad Core Xeon L5410
OS: CentOS 5.3 64bit
RAM: 16GB DDR2
Volume Connectivity: 100 Mbps Unmetered
Please help to optimize optimize my.cnf and httpd.conf
Your hardware configuration looks good. But before tweaking Apache and MySQL, one would need to consider a few misc things like:
1) No: of TCP/IP connections during peak hours.
2) No: of MySQL users
If this server isn't a production server, I would suggest you to hire an Admin for the task as a lot of things should be taken into consideration.
I am new for config a server.
I have no idea.

Increase the Apache directives for the MPM. Run tests using Apache benchmark tool 'ab' once completed. This will give you a better idea.
But again I would recommend you to get an experienced Server Admin if you don't have hands on experience in tweaking the server.
Use the link jestro.com/optimize-apache-slow-vps-wordpress/ to optimize httpd.conf
for mysql, use the link bobcares.com/blog/?p=115
