    Like Douglas side, that's not cool. I hope that company makes it right. There's only one side to this story. The end user got something, and got his money back. Even if the articles were crap (not saying they are), he still shouldn't be entitled to his money back (unless you offer a guarantee). I wonder if that company would comment in this thread.

    Meh, its not the money I am just not to happy about the situation, I went back and reverified the order for fraud and I doubt its the issue, I just wanted to give everyone a heads up.

    I am so sorry! I am the owner of Pixelated Technologies and purchased the kb articles. They were perfect and just as described! I had no intentions of ripping the seller off. I changed bank accounts recently and I think they did the chargeback themselves because I accidentally closed the account during the withdrawl. I have since sent the seller their money back along with some extra to cover fees. Please don't look bad on my company as we are reputable people in good standing.
