    Just go to the CSF config file and find

    # [*]Enable login failure detection of cpanel, webmail and whm connections
    LF_CPANEL = change the current number to 10.

    Set :

    LF_CPANEL = 10

    LF_CPANEL_PERM = 1 means the ban is permanent.

    Hello .

    you told
    "LF_CPANEL_PERM = 1 means the ban is permanent."
    what does it mean , is it means if someone entered wrong password the ip will Ban for ever ?

    If someone enters their cPanel/webmail password wrong 10 times (or whatever you have set LF_CPANEL to), then yes that would ban them forever.

    correct ..
    You shud use the option LF_CPANEL(normally limit is 5 ) to allow login failures for few attempts. If they reached the login failure limit LF_CPANEL = 1 will ban the IP forever.
