I am looking for someone that can deploy/manage OTRS on multiple architectures. You must be experienced with an advanced knowledge of the OTRS system and have trouble-shooting experience.

You would not be answering tickets, just offering support to us in the event of an issue with the system itself.

A prospective candidate must also have experience with sendmail/exim & have the know-how to deploy real-time block lists with web-interfaces.

We are asking for those interested to have the experience of both of these areas for consideration.
