Keep getting an error message sent to my email inbox. Don't know how to resolve it.
I keep getting this email sent to me. I've tried to resolve it, but it no use.
The server itself works just fine, but not fine enough apparently.
The mail sent is:
IMPORTANT: Do not ignore this email.
The hostname (my.hostname.com) resolves to . It should resolve to 18.104.22.168 . Please be sure to correct /etc/hosts as well as the 'A' entry in zone file for the domain.
Some are all of these problems can be caused by
/etc/resolv.conf being setup incorrectly. Please check this file if you
believe everything else is correct.
Note that 22.214.171.124 is my main IP.
Do I need to have resolv.conf setup? The file doesn't even exist currently.
If you believe your server is definitely configured properly, you can always switch to an edge release and then run /script/upcp --force.
This seems to fix a lot of random, weird issues.
