2 months ago, I got a VPS from them, it was nice, some resource splashes on the node but over all it was good.
I cancelled it long ago, and opened a ticket to cancel and refund me..
The weird thing is they usually answer support tickets in 24 hours, but it took them 5 days to tell me that it will be done.. and another 5 days now doing nothing.. I even recieved my second invoice..
They basically read the tickets they want and ignore the rest
They grew too fast and now can't support their customers, I imagine.. or they just stopped caring

Its not that they stopped caring or anything.. Its just they dumb the billing tickets, its not that important if you know what I mean..
Plus they claim they have 24/7 support, while you will find them online for like 5 hours/day at most.
Anyone know how many employees they have?
They do have 24/7 support.. technical support. I used GS for about 4 months from March and they were a treat to deal with, they have a tip top operation.

well, I didnt ask for a 24/7 billing department.. The ticket has been there for 10 days, Jay replied and said they will do it (he is the one who does it, yet its not done)
They Cancelled and refunded me just the next day I opened this thread anyways.
