We do not deny that there was a downtime. We was not however notified by nagios of any downtime nor any 3rd party monitoring provider as you can see above. Given the information we had, we are completely unaware of any downtime. You was also the only user to report this as well and considering there are quite a few other domains per server then yours, that is why we was curious as to if there really was downtime experienced. May have been a temporary network issue that fixed its self.
