    MySQL procedures permission error

    Hello,

    I create a database and mysql user in cpanel. I am able to create and execute procedures with this user. But when I try to delete a procedure i gett hte following error:

    ===
    1370 ALTER ROUTINE COMMAND DENIED FOR USER 'xxx'@'%' FOR ROUTINE 'xxx'
    ===

    So mI tried to acess MySQL and set GRANT ALL FOR USER, but I gett error too:

    ===
    mysql> GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON xxx* TO 'xxx'@'%' IDENTIFIED BY 'xyz';
    ERROR 2006 (HY000): MySQL server has gone away
    No connection. Trying to reconnect...

    Current database: xxxdb

    ERROR 1064 (42000): You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '* TO 'xxx'@'%' IDENTIFIED BY 'xyz'' at line 1

    I dont know where are my error. If somebody here can helpme. I will be very thanks.

    Are you sure you have given delete privileges to this user ?

    if not given them via cPanel > Mysql databases
