Colo4Dallas were investigating a problem with TMS's gateway and accidentally removed their port causing everything on the network to drop. It took a couple of minutes for them to realize the mistake before it was connected again then a few more minutes before the routes re-converged.
While it would be nice for Jose to drop an update here and there, I think his long time clients already know that in the event of a network outage TMS and C4D are already well aware. There's no need to 'ring' him up, I assure you - he knows. Have a little faith, the network has been stable for so long... these things happen. =)
