I was trying to view one of my tickets on the helpdesk and received the following:
I tried closing the browser and trying again, same issue. Tried another computer, same issue.
May want to check that out
Ive told them that long ago when i was submitting ticket's for an issue. It was a month before they took care of my issue. But they mentioned they were swamped with ticket's. I told them about this error and provided a screen shot. This is all when the WHT Hacking occured and i guess they were trying to get everything sorted out. I hope they can resolve this issue. The weird thing is when it show's that error they still get the ticket you sent them.
