Snort IDS Set Up (with Snorby)

    Hey WHT,

Just finished getting my set up with Snorby (www.snorby.org) and Snort (www.snort.org).

I'll do the total set up for $50. For that $50, you'll get Snort installed and configured, and Snorby installed and configured. This is a perfect IDS set up. Each additional sensor is $10.

For an additional fee (to be discussed), I can turn it into an IPS with Snortsam (www.snortsam.net) or snort_inline (http://snort-inline.sourceforge.net/).

If you need any help with Snorby or have any questions for me about this service / Snorby itself, catch me on irc.freenode.net #snorby.

    I'll bite

How much would it cost for the setup, with Snortsam as well?

It depends on the snortsam set up you want. It's a really complicated job - I'm not especially familiar with it so I'd have to figure out a price after I was done doing it. It'd probably take a while too. I'm generally just snort/snorby kinda guy.
