Maybe if you increase your budget a bit, you will have a wide range of providers to select from.

A core2quad with Cpanel for $120 is going to be tough. Can you get away with a cheaper control panel like DirectAdmin or DotNetPanel?

I would suggest checking Hivelocity or Limestone Networks.

I would strongly reccomend www.tailormadeservers.com in the US, although you might be better looking at www.limestonenetworks.com with your budget.
Consider paying a setup fee and you should be able to drill down the monthly cost.

ttgt, in all honesty you're pushing the budget a bit there. If you want quality, you're looking more at $150 - 180 but there are some providers which will offer QuadCores for $130. As someone mentioned above, you are looking more at providers such as Limestone Networks which - from what I've heard - are known for being 'good' or 'okay' but I've never really heard 'fabulous' being mentioned. Take a look at some reviews of Limestone.

Sorry, but to say the true with reliable provider, this will be simly impossible for 120$ as Cpanel itself costs 25$.
And you need good Cpu + 4Gb of ram(
So increase your budget a little

You may need to increase your budget a bit, or look for a company that lets you select particular items to keep cost down, rather than purchasing an entire package that you won't need. Good luck in your search

The budget is low but with a setup fee of some sort it may be attainable. There are tons of providers so do your research, check out the offers section here on WHT, and contact them to see what they can do for you.
Best of luck!
