If we are purley looking at data centre I would go with LeaseWeb or BurstNet.
But why arn't you bothered about hardware, one of the most important parts.

Actually things are based on your final pricing. How much is your budget for this project?

LeaseWeb is good and so is BurstNET, if I was in the position of choosing between them I would try them out a bit; create some tickets and check on the responses, ask about SLA, network and so on to see if it fits you. Maybe you could get access to a file hosted on the network so you could do some speed tests?

Just because everyone praises a provider here doesn't mean it's the best provider, it's often a good and reliable provider (that the replier has a service with!) but maybe it doesn't fit your needs?

I've already heard great things about LeaseWeb. I heard BurstNET has changed their network and they way they do business; which is a blessing. If you have the budget I would suggest BurstNET as well. Best of luck to you and make sure you keep us updated on which company you choose.

You will have to make decision by yourself, browse this community to find out more feedbacks.

P.S. You already know my opinion, LeaseWeb.

I'd go with Leaseweb if you're pushing massive amounts of traffic.

I'm curious as to why you're not concerned with the hardware. It can be pretty important There are a lot more companies in the United States that you should look into. What else are you looking for in a company? A few more details will be able to help me point you in the right direction

Isn't Leaseweb's support non-existant? That is what I heard. You have to buy their SLA which is not cheap and then the support is sort of there.
