I have followed the wiki article on getting google apps to work with WHMCS. Whenever a new ticket is created the proper emails are dispatched. I do have one problem though. When replying to the email it does not work. The reply sends and then nothing happens. Nothing in the main email account and nothing showing in WHMCS's logs or ticket area.
Does anyone have experience with WHMCS and Google Apps working together?
I mean that the email that I send does not appear to go anywhere. When I reply to it in gmail it does not show up as a response to that ticket or in the actual email account. The email just disappears.
