Anyone else having problems canceling with VAServ/BlueSquare?
I processed my cancellation via their control panel on the 29th of last month (my plan ends on the 1st). I received a confirmation email saying that my plan would be canceled.
Fast forward 2 weeks. Now there is a ticket opened because I haven't paid. Even after I showed them that I canceled my service, they still are wanting me to pay the balance due:
This service was not cancelled. There was no notification sent via the system. Please could you settle the outstanding amount and place the cancellation.
Their lack of coordination and failure to know what is going on in the company is one of the reasons I was canceling my service, now they are going to make this an impossible task. Ticket #SRT-207616 if someone with a clue can help.
Alright got your PM. I have followed upon your account and placed appropriate notes to our accounting department. This will require some time as certain billing procedures now need to be followed but you can expect a response from one of our personnel in a timely fashion.
