Hey Everyone,

Searching high and low to try and get information together for TOS & Privacy also AUP documents, found these so far

As everyone has already stated hire a lawyer. I would also check the lawyers background and ask people in your community what they think of this person if they heard anything positive or negative.

It's been awhile since I've visited a lawyer but their should be lawyers now specially qualified for online legal documentations.

Just be careful with ripping a tos and privacy policy. Make sure they are in a similar business type, and have similar functionality on their website. And naturally have your lawyer check it. Major things to think about is clear and concise communication. Don't try and hide or bury stuff in there...the courts and the FTC have been much harsher about 1 sided TOS's and ones that bury important terms.
