First of all welcome to WHT mate. Since it is your web site, you are the sole authority who can determine where to host that. So I don't know what is the problem here. If you can explain a bit more I am sure you will get more helpful answers. Did your domain have registration under your name?
The issue: I think he want's to transfer his domain name from FreeWebs to Webhostingpad (I think im correct).
For that, when you brought your domain off FreeWebs, you should have recieved an email with some information which should have an Authorisation code, you need that (most proivders supply 1). That will give your new host the Information to trasfer the domain to their server's.
I think I am correct in saying that.
OR if not, you will have to buy a brand new 1 from Webhostingpad if FreeWebs or DNS dont supply you with a code.

There are 3 possible aspects here: transferring the domain, changing hosts, and moving the site's content. It's not clear which one's the problem for you. Maybe it's all 3...
I see that freewebs offers free hosting with a subdomain. If you're using this, you don't really own a domain, so you can't transfer it.
If you do have paid for a domain, jwebhost explained what you need to do to get it transfered. Typically I advise people to keep their hosting and their domains with separate companies. You could just use Godaddy or Namecheap. Then, to point a domain to a given host, all you need to do is change nameservers as the host will instruct you in the welcome email.
Transferring the content over to the new host may or may not be easy. If you used a website builder, things may be complicated.
yaya... the 3 aspects which u have mentioned above...
