Friends of mine have had horrible issues with them. Mostly with support and refunds.

I have heard both good and bad about them but mostly bad. I would say it's the classic issue of "you get what you pay for", the ridiculously low pricing reflects in the service as it often does.

Not to mention what you have to pay for a reboot... My first dedi (long time ago) was with them, slowest ever!

you might wanna look at corenetworks.net
They just proved the "You get what you pay" wrong for my case.
Cheap and affordable entry levels with good service.

Heard bad things about them, like most people here. They charge for virtually everything and they can be insane fees. I would avoid them.

I think most people dislike serverpronto here (read their legal documents, tos, aup, etc - you will be shocked)

I actually never heard of the company or seen them around. I would be interested in seeing a solid review backed up by reasoning of course about this company.
Reading most of the post it seems that people have 'Heard' back things about them.

I was going to go with them, but then I found all these bad reviews. I ended up going with accuratehub.com
They had a $50 Dual Xeon package. So far no problems, and their service and network has been good.
