    Yes, please put it as it is, it's just like putting domain.co.uk which, mine is
    the one I provided.

    I have 7 other accounts with other cPanel web hosts and they were able to
    change it to that same domain format.

    I PAID YOU GUYS TO CHANGE MY DOMAIN NAME AND IT STILL HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED.

    I have requested the exact same thing with HostGator, BlueHost, WebHostingPad,
    HostMonster, InMotionHosting, LunarPages, they changed it within 24 hours
    WITHOUT any charge whatsoever.

    Look at this ticket, it's 1 month old, and it's gotten no where, just a simple
    task as changing a main domain and you don't even know what it mean?

    I will post this on Web Hosting Talk if you fail to update my main domain to
    n6.seohn.net or seohn.net within the next 24 hours.

    I am sure there will be thousands of reads of the "Just"Host
    review....

    I've been in the hosting industry for over 12 years, changing a main domain in cPanel takes only a few minutes if not seconds through WHM.

    A web host of that caliber should understand precisely what it means and how to do it.

    I've requested this exact thing from six other major web host, they know exactly what to do and did it in 24 hours.

    Being the fact that they charge a FEE of $9.95 or something to do it and NOT DO IT after I paid is totally ridiculous.

    Although you are right, they should know better, I don't think it was necessary to subject them to such abuse. You may not realize it, when typing in caps like that on the 'net is typically seen as screaming at them, and I think that is what you meant. I suggest taking a break from the computer for a time-out when you are angry and returning to deal with them in a mature, adult fashion.

    Well Ibrahim, You know I PM'd you today about buying your book "Getting & Managing Your First 1,000 Clients in Web Hosting". I shudder to think what advice you have given when dealing with hosts, because you sure went about this the wrong way.

    Throwing a public temper tantrum and threatening JustHost that you will write a bad review on them if you don't get your way, is childish.

    We did not hear why it took JustHost a month to change the domain.

    I expected more from someone who has laid it all on the table purporting to teach others and from an experienced host of 12 years.

    You get a free domain with JustHost, it just seems the techs got confused and thought you wanted to register it, which they told you they couldn't.

    As for it taking so long, if you look at your timestamps, it seems they replied right away and you didn't reply back for weeks.

    Either way, you need to chill out when dealing with companies

    That is pathetic.

    I cant tell them as I am new to this industry for 4 months, but I think someone who run's a SOLID hosting company should tell them to re-evaluate there staff and IT skills or throw in the towel. Hell, that task would of taken anyone 30 seconds to 5 mins to do, not 31 Days...

    According to http://www.webhosting.info/webhosts/...ns/PIPEDNS.COM they have 120k domains hosted with them. I'd imagine out of 120k people (or even 50k people) you're going to see a few people that can't be happy. You can't please everyone..

    Look at timestamps again, they replied right away and asked for clarification, and the customer didn't get back to them for weeks. I'm sure if the customer replied that day, or week even, justhost would have done the request correctly. It's not justhost's problem if the customer waited weeks to respond to the ticket.

    Michael, I teach "web hosts" how to treat their clients, not the other way around. This is a real life example of how you should not treat your clients.

    When doing web hosting, you will not just get childish clients from now and then, you'll get some "mean" clients.

    I teach web hosts how to use these opportunities of handling "childish and mean" clients in a way that you can actually turn these type of clients into a heat seeking missile to your company's advantage, bragging and marketing "your company" to the world.

    Of all the web hosts I reviewed, I mean the larger ones, I found HostGator is the most favorable. You can talk advance stuff and they exactly know what you mean, you can act like you know nothing, and they'll explain stuff to you. HG has over 100K customers hosting 2 million domains and they still managed to maintain their level of professionalism.

    That's the way to go.

    What I would like you to explain is why you needed to change anything, when you could have just created an A record and pointed it at your IP address?

    The way you explain it, n6 is actually a subdomain of seohn.net. Or were you trying to create a custom nameserver and you don't have that access in your domain panel?

    If you didn't have this basic level of access, then I would suggest you need a different hosting solution.
