Job Description:
Primary Duties:
- Troubleshooting client issues via Tickets and live person chat
- Responding to event notifications (Service Down / Load Alerts etc)
Secondary Duties:
- Write articles and how-to's for customer forum, add system documentation and - knowledgebase articles where necessary and as requested. Other related duties as assigned.
The following is required to be considered:
- 18 years old and above
- Must live within the United States / UK or Canada
- Minimum 3 years experience with cPanel/WHM
- Must scan/fax a signed non-disclosure agreement
- Must scan/fax a copy of your uncensored driver's license or non-driver ID
- Excellent Team work/communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
Hours: At least 40 hours per week.
Location: Remote location with dependable Internet access.
