Dealing with chargebacks
Think the title says it all really....
I know we all have to deal with them, but I wondered what steps people took to protect themselves from chargebacks?
With other providers in our area (dedicated servers) I have seen all sorts of actions taken such as copies of ID, sending a paper document etc.
I find a lot of these to be quite onerous, do others agree?
