Paypal SLOW?

HI,
Ive been trying to get into paypal all morning the speed is extremely lousy, tried it off a few different networks with no avail.

Is anyone experiencing similar problems right now?

The PayPal live site (https://www.paypal.com) probably undergo maintenance so during the time you may experience performance slow downs and some intermittent problems when accessing the PayPal site.
