SSL Cert Valid?

Hi All,

We recently moved our support system to a new server (url https://support.accuratehub.com)

I used some SSL verifiers and it says the certs are valid, however last time I checked using a remote computer it was complaining the cert is invalid.

Can anyone confirm that?

Thanks!

Regards,
Andrew.

It is not valid from here, tested with both Firefox and Opera. Here is a screenshot from Firefox:

Tested with IE, FF, Opera, Chrome and Safari, however, IIRC, only Opera worked 100% encryption, while the rest have only partial encryption.

Its showing as valid, I don't know why people are seeing this as invalid. We transferred both the cert and key from old server to new server could that be the problem?

I think some materials(like image file) calling from an unsecured url. So browser is giving an alert on the page. But certificate seems valid.

Did you install the CA root certificate?

Also, http://accuratehub.com/images/header.png is being called from the SSL version, which needs to be changed to reflect an SSL version of that image.
