Resolver IPs as Nameserver IPs?
Can I assign both my resolver IPs to two custom nameservers and use those nameservers for my domain?
Will this work?

Probably not. Unless the resolver IPs connect to your server there's no reason to assume they'd work as authoritative nameservers for your domain. However your provider may allow you to set up your domain on their dns, one way or another - try asking them.

I don't think you can use resolver IPs addresses to setup custom nameservers for your server. You can use those IP addresses which are assigned to your server.
