    VPS Order?

Currently I use vpsland.com which sucks! Both of the server's I was put on were way oversold, and I didn't even have access to all my ram, but now i'm planning on getting xlhost... Anyone got any good promo codes?

    Hi

Try contacting them to see if they have any coupon codes available. Good luck

It's very tempting for a provider to keep on provisioning VPS nodes on the same server. Especially when the provider has to make up for profit margin discrepancies when underselling plans. The best way, IMHO, is to sign up for a provider that limits the nodes per server (similar to what a VDS is). It keeps the checks and balances in place.

You may want to check the VPS Hosting Offers forum as well. If they do not have a current special running, maybe inquire about a promo that they had ran before and see if they can cut you a deal.

I'm always a bit wary of clients who use the word 'sucks'

I think given vpsland's past review/etc track record, 'sucks' is warranted

If it's too good to be true it is.

A host with good pricing and quality components is more likely to provide a better service than one that doesn't. You get what you pay for.

I wouldn't be so quick to judge a client because they used the word "sucks". Everyone now and then we let our guard down to vent frustration and to keep the case in point simple.

At least he used punctuation and constructed sentences.

Your better off emailing the presales department of the company your looking to host with and ask them if they have any coupons available.

I know that there are some company's which have just presales coupons which you can only obtain about asking about offers.
