    Shuttle from Dulles -> Gaylord

    The gaylord's website says it's 45-minute drive from the airport to the hotel (Ugh) .. Does anybody have any idea how long the shuttle is?

    It's worth the hassle to be able to fly in on Virgin instead of .. well any other carrier that flies to DC from SF

    Depends when you are getting in. The Dulles airport has a private access road that leads to the capital beltway (I-495), so traffic from the airport to the beltway shouldn't be that bad. The beltway though... that's hit or miss.

    Yeah I get to deal with DC traffic everyday, it is terrible

    There was a bad snow storm two years ago and it took me 6 hours to go 2 miles on the beltway. I finally gave up and turned around.
