Unhappy OnlineNIC keeps me from transfering my domains away

I have been trying to transfer a few domains away from OnlineNIC, but they keep denying transfer-out.
I have re-submitted transfer again and again, they just keep replying with the same canned message and tell me to wait. Even though a transfer is failed ALREADY, they still tell me it is not fail and it is going to complete soon.

After submitting many tickets, they started to deny their fault with other excuse. They said the transfer failed because I did not have complete WHOIS information, but the truth is that I always have the most updated WHOIS information with my domains and I updated and double-checked that before I even start the first transfer.

I have already filed complaints to ICANN, what else can I possibly do now?

Verizon won a $33 million dollar judgement against OnlineNIC last year. OnlineNIC interprets the judgement to mean that they can't transfer out any domains. They have a San Fransisco vacant dockyard address but are really located in China and didn't appear at the trial. There are other posts here at WHT.

I am aware of this since it happened, and the transfer issue was resolved in April, but now they are denying transfers AGAIN.

I would update your whois information, unlock your domain and request a transfer out. I just transferred out 5 domains less then a week ago and moved 2 more back in.
