Fully Managed comes with VPS's ordered with a control panel. We offer cPanel, Plesk, and Directadmin all at discounted monthly fee's. So if one of them is ordered then yes it's Fully Managed. This promotion will get you the VS2 cheaper then the VS1 for the first month as well a lifetime discount starting the second month. VS2 has double the RAM compared to the VS1 so it's something to consider for a few dollars more.
