Uptime monitoring?
Hi there,
I'm looking for recommendations for a service that monitors the uptime of your website, preferably one that has an option for a public link displaying your uptime history. I'm not opposed to paying for it, but we're looking for something that's no more than $15/month, for HTTP monitoring of a single website.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

We've been using Panopta recently and it's great. In the past, we've also used Pingdom which works as well.

The Monitis, though I didn't use their service, but their free monitor service mon.itor.us is really cool

A little correction/update. We have just launched performance monitoring. Our uptime report, outage history and performance report are now with graphs. To see how they look like, use the demo link on our website and go to the "Report" tab.
Many people do not know about this because we have yet to announce, but we will announce real soon.
Thank you.

We use Pingdom for (the external monitoring of) all of our servers and are yet to have a problem.

We also use Pingdom, and I haven't had a problem with them. We also used HyperSpin, and they weren't bad either. The only reason we switched, is Pingdom was a little cheaper, and their interface is a little clearer.
For verification if anyone needs it, simply go to my website, and click on Status. You'll see the pingdom page load.█ Bobby - PreciselyManaged.com - Precision Hosting Solutions
