No DC is going to give you 126 without a hassle. We had hundreds of IPs and whenever we tried to get 100+ IPs at a time it's hard. You need to fill out ARIN justification forms for them just FYI.

    take a look at:
    www.sharktech.net
    www.theplanet.com

or search on google. There are a lot of dedicated server company's that offer 128 ips/server.

More then likely any datacenter will ask you for ARIN justification.

He's using them for proxy sites, I doubt ARIN will approve that as a 'good' use of IPv4 IPs.

That would seem to be similar to VPN, most datacenters will need to double check background info etc. As more often than less, a large request of IPs are used for spamming reasons.

You doubt wrong. ARIN has no ability to restrict your access to additional IP blocks, as long as you have properly re-allocated your IP space to your customers, have records and documentation to back up allocations. The usage of those IPs, while may be interesting data to ARIN, is largely irrelevant.

I was merely just judging your previous posts, as they were related to proxies.

Kindly point me then to the ARIN policy that prohibits allocating IPs for customers running proxies. If you do the actual research, you will find there is no such policy.
