OneNode's equipment and operations are located in the Uber Center at 100 Technology Drive in Asheville, North Carolina. Our world-class facilities are custom-designed with high-density in mind to support 1000 watts/sq. ft. for today's new technology requirements. Fully meshed and redundant HVAC systems ensure the data center can always remain chilly to protect infrastructure from heat damage.

The datacenter is protected by round-the-clock systems management with onsite personnel certified in the areas of networking and data center operations. The result is a physical and technical environment delivering the reliability and flexibility necessary to support mission-critical Internet operations.

How does your 99.97% uptime SLA work?

Our uptime SLA covers network and power. Our SLA is very simple -- for your first 1 minute of downtime, you get 1 day service credit. For every 10 minutes of downtime after, you get one day of credit up to a maximum of the whole month. We believe this is the best SLA in the industry.

How come your prices are lower than other providers with similar or lower server/bandwith specifications?


There are several reasons for this. First of all, we want to set a standard for our industry. Many server companies overcharge their clients in order to make the maximum profit possible. We would much rather provide affordable services than make the maximum profit. Also, thanks to the advancements made our datacenter, we can recieve bandwidth, power, and space at much lower prices without sacrificing quality.

What operating systems can I choose from?

We install any open Linux or BSD distro you desire (we highly recommend CentOS). Windows can also be installed on special request for a minimal monthly price.
