Ah ha, Such a nice thread indeed. If you are going to use Stolen Scripts then as Jedito says, You deserved what you got.

Personally I would not give a refund, You would be violating their terms of service by placing it on the server when you did not even pay for the script.

Let me start off by saying that I do not support or permit the use of Nulled Scripts. I firmly believe that the developers of these applications deserve to get compensated for their hard work. I will suspend any account that is cought with nulled scripts. I have gotten DMCA notices for them before (mainly vBulliten and WHMCS) and have actied on them.

The company, NoLimitServer.biz has been posting several ads on DigitalPoint saying that they permit nulled scripts, however on their website, they say several times that it violates their TOS. This definately shows that the coin has 2 sides. I am not saying that the OP got what he deserved, but he was also being mislead.

NoLimitServer.biz also runs massive eBay actions for their Unlimited Master Reseller accounts. This is exactly the type of company that gives Legit companies who sell Master Reseller accounts a bad name.

I know for sure that you will not get your money back. PayPal will laugh at you if you every say "They terminated my account because I wanted to host nulled scripts". This companies TOS are also on their side, even though they place ads up on other sites saying that nulled scripts are permitted.

Hello,

For the record, This guy is not using a "Super Alpha" or "Alpha" reseller account. I did a case-study of this host a few months back as part of a price compairison for my new reseller plans. I actually have a strong belief that he is using a VPS.

Also call me nuts, but did NoLimitServer.biz just change their site within the last 10 minutes. I just refreshed and it now looks different (and dare I say more professional???)???

Edit : It seems they are currently giving the site a full overhaul, most of the links are no longer working.
