Rieta is offering a good deal for about five bucks a month less than communitech charges. He's a reseller for communitech, but seems to offer good value to his clients. If you're going to pay for 6 months or more at a time, you might save something over his rates, but you'll have to take charge of your own site by using CTs support (which isn't always the best).
