Each VPS server is hooked into a 100MB port and running at 100MB full duplex. There is always enough bandwidth overhead for any of our servers to hit 100MB at any time. We have customers that get 98Mbps out of some of our dedicated servers on the same network. The VPS servers should be able to hit a similar amount if necessary. Hope this answers your questions if not please let me know.

They have a more limited interface than in HyperVM but they can look at network graphs usage stats ect. They can do reboots and even reload back to a base OS.

If your a customer please use the ticket system and someone will get your VDSmanager account information sent over to you. We do not use WHT as a customer support system.

Have you at all decided to check your spam email box?

Some emails get marked as spam and will be thrown in there. Joe is great, there is no way at all he would just ignore emails.

yep checked all boxes, and I have an automated notification system too, so its pretty sure the mails were marked at-least checked if he didn't open them.
