    it's four month ago, i didn't post here, i am very kindly not bad client.

    site down therefore i rented a sharkspace hosting where put my important site.

    and requsted refund from slunkur but it thet didn't refund to me and said

    It may be a little hard to understand with an obvious language barrier, but I get the summary of your complaint.


    I went to visit slunkur to see their TOS, of course the site is not viable at the moment.

    You commented on another forum, which you called them out on their new offer under a different domain name, and they pointed you to a domain and accusing you violating their TOS, but that domain does not resolve at the moment.

    So, let's take into consideration that they carry over the same business practice to their new domain.... seedboxup.com .... well there is nothing on that site that even resembles a TOS.

    .... hopefully someone from seedboxup will man up and answer your issues, but I don't see that happening.

    I'm sorry to hear about your horrible experience with this company. Perhaps they will see the post and reply with a valid solution so both parties are happy. The site will not load (go figure).

    I do not think your a bad client personally. I think you pay for a service and expect certain things - that's completely normal. The company seems lazy and has an extreme lack of customer service and care. Can they actually prove your website was hacked? Have they provided logs or any information?

    I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience with Slunkur. Although I cannot totally comprehend your post due to the language barrier, I basically get what you are trying to say.

    I cannot access slunkur.com to read their TOS atm as their site is down. However, I think the policy of terminating sites that have been hacked is unreasonable. I recently had a client who got hacked, all we did was to restore the backup for them, I don't see why Slunkur can't do that. It sounds like your account got compromised to me.

    As for the refund issue: if they provide a (for example) 45 day money back guarantee, and you need a refund within those 45 days, they should refund you. However, after that, they have the right to refuse refunds. Did they have a money back guarantee?

    I would definitely avoid their other company, Seedboxup. As the poster above said, there is no TOS, and that is very fishy.

    I hope you reach a resolution with Slunkur about your site being hacked. This just comes to show that hosts can put whatever rules they want, however ridiculous, in their TOS...

    Wow it sound's like it just keep's going. In their TOS does it say they dont offer refund's on their special package's? Have you tried a PayPal dispute? It seem's Shaun is only replying to your ticket's, is he the owner? one man team? I never heard of this company before. http://www.slunkur.com/ seem's to be down on my end...     i have some of not important site would host there after hacked happened.
    and it's just USD $21 for me. it's nothing to worry about it.
    but they would rather to disable my account for USD $21.
    it probably their reputation worth $21.

    Let's be honest here, Slunker allows "Nulled scripts" on their servers, that should have been a HUGE RED flag.
