Hello,

I have a web hosting business that offers USA and offshore hosting for shared, vps, and dedicated clients. The business has been around for a year solid now and I’ve owned it for about 5 months. I acquired the company and made it a lot better and more solid with my technical expertise. I’ve been in startup companies around my area and this is a 100% registered business in the US.

I am looking for a partner and or investor(s) to help with the monthly fees to keep the servers/company going. I work on the business part time as its still new and growing with over 150 people in the 5 short months I’ve owned the business.

I have 1 dedicated shared server located in NL with the following specifications
8gbs of ram
2x Quad core processors
4x 1TB hdd’s in RAID 10
On a unmetered 100meg line

I have 1 dedicated VPS Node in NL with the following specs
2x quad core processors
16gbs of ram
8x 1tb HDD’s in RAID 10
Unmetered 100meg line

And 1 dedicated VPS node in USA (that houses the USA shared server along with some other vps’s
With the following specs
8gb of ram
2x quad core processors
4x 1tb hdd’s in RAID 10

I am a system administrator by profession and believe that with these servers and the prices and services offered by my company we have a solid growth pattern and even better customer base that is slowly but surely growing.

I’m not going into anymore specifics then those above but if you’re interested in becoming a finical partner or investor please PM me and let me know what you can offer. My preference is no more than 2 people partnering or investing. I just wanted to add that even though help is needed to pay for the servers the customers do pay for a large part of it. I have more plans to expand the business and I would like to offer more things to the customers then what we already do.

I noticed a lot of people have viewed the thread. Don't hesitate if you need more information or are interested, just PM me or reply in the thread asking for any details etc.

I’ve been a system administrator for 7 years and growing and know how to make the servers and the business work. Just need a backer so we can expand and grow with our customer’s requests.
