    * Anybody had experience of "hostyouonline.com"?

If so, how would you rate them?

Seems they have been around since early 2005, Never hosted with them so could not give too much experience on them to be quite honest.

I could not find much information on them here at WHT, Might have some luck with research via a search engine (GOOGLE) perhaps.

    Good Luck,

    Sean

when I search that here in WHT, this is the only thread the search comes up with - you're better off googling for reviews

any particular reason you're looking into them? they seem to be really expensive - $35/mo for 1gig of space - on the plus side, you can bet they aren't overselling the space or bandwidth.

That's for sure but 1GB for $35 per month is a bit overpriced in my opinion, even if it's zero overselling.

Seems to be more of a gouge than anything, It is like they say, Never hire a lawyer they gauge you in the end. Same as dentists, No offence. This seems to be a perfect example.

However, For such a high price the quality must be super-sensational

All depends on how you think about it...

    I would rather have 10 clients pay $35 = $350, then 87 clients pay $4 = $350.

If people will pay it, sounds like a good business decision to me!

Seems rather pricey. They probably are giving their client quality hosting, which would result in higher costs.

At the price, Curious if they chuck the guy on the left in with the package, Then I suppose it would be a worthwhile offer
This site does not look to bad from the outside, Not sure what the inside is like. If you think that this would best suit you please do purchase and update us.

    Good Luck.

That would have been a good price pre-2005 make sure that they are not selling someone elses hosting and/or on antiquated servers. You could get by with slower servers before but now that speeds are faster accross the net people may end up waiting on your site. With hard drives over a terabit in size for cheap that $35 should get you much more on a good server. Not to mention that you can get semi-dedicated servers for just a bit more.
