Email Friendly host for newsletter server


Hi,

I need email friendly host to get 1-3 dedicated servers or VPS for sending out newsletters for our clients. All our email lists are double optin and we perform regular email whitelisting and manage ISP feedback loop. We need a host that is tolerant to small number of spam complaints (less than 1%) and wont shut us down without prior warning. Please suggest a host you are using or hosting company offering such services please contact me.

most hosts that own their own hardware wont have a problem with it.

What is your daily/weekly volume? Based on your experience, what is the reason of the complaints?

Most of complaints are because subscribers do not remember who they subscribed to or some of our members if they are not in touch for a long time their subscribers forget about them. But that is very small in numbers

Jumping in here... the simple answer is because the average user is so clueless. I've gotten Feedback Loop reports of "abuse" over personal email from relatives, real estate closing documents, shopping cart order confirmations, and a hundred other types of obviously NON-spam messages.

We have a customer who sends out newsletters that recipients PAY an annual fee to receive, and every single time they send out a newsletter blast, our feedback loops come alive.

I think Joe Sixpack gets so much spam that he clicks the Select All button and reports his entire inbox, reporting the good with the bad.
