    ResellerScene: My Recommendation.

    Hi everyone,

    If you look at my previous posts (every 2 years! maybe it's a trend), you'll see that I've had my share of bad luck with hosts.

    I've been with since October 1st of last year, and what amazes me the most is their customer service.

    Here are some examples of my support ticket histories:

    Initial query.
    sent: Thu, Oct 2, 2008 at 8:18 AM

    Setting up nameservers.

    I had just finished uploading my cpanel backups from my other servers, and put in a request to have them restored. Their reply was about how it has all been restored.

    reply: Sat, Oct 4, 2008 at 1:50 PM

    This one was about how one of my .htaccess kept redirecting itself, which got me IP banned from the server. They stuck with me and helped me troubleshoot the problem.

    and so on.

    I've had no trouble with their uptime, and they notify me ahead of time when there are server upgrades. Support is important for me not because many things go wrong, but because in the case that something does, or that I have questions about things, they're readily available to answer. I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who is looking for reseller hosting.
