    Getting Rid of Spam e-mails

My server has been a target for excessive spam e-mails. I deleted few mailboxes & bounced back the spam emails to their senders, however this is triggering my hosting provider to think that I am sending out huge volume of spam. I checked the outgoing spam log, and the majority of the e-mails are being rejected due to mailbox being full.

I am running CentOS with Cpanel. I am looking for someone to somehow find a solution for this.
I will need a detailed transcript as to what you plan on doing along with your timeframe required to complete the job & your pricing.
