Might want to consider a Fully managed Windows VPS where you can install your own components. Most reputable hosts won't let custom applications installations on a shared hosting environment. Also a VPS is a great choice if you expect future growth.
I doubt the OP will need a VPS to use an upload component, aspsmartupload is not so popular compared to the likes of ASPUpload (www.aspupload.com)
Arsh, could you not change your script to use aspupload as more hosts would likely offer this over aspsmartupload?
